PE-Jacketed Pre-Insulated Steel Pipe

PE-Jacketed Pre-Insulated Steel Pipe is a factory-prefabricated insulation system consisting of a steel working pipe, rigid polyurethane (PU) foam insulation layer and polyethylene (PE) outer jacket. The integrated structure provides effective thermal insulation while protecting the insulation layer and working pipe from moisture, groundwater and mechanical damage.

The PE outer jacket offers good flexibility, impact resistance and corrosion resistance, making the system suitable for direct-buried heating and hot water transmission pipelines. Factory-prefabricated insulation helps improve installation efficiency and provides consistent insulation performance along the pipeline.
