Galvanized Steel-Jacketed Insulated Pipe

Galvanized Steel-Jacketed Insulated Pipe is designed for above-ground and outdoor thermal energy transmission systems. The pipe consists of a working pipe, rigid polyurethane (PU) insulation layer and a galvanized steel outer jacket.

The PU insulation layer effectively reduces heat loss, while the galvanized steel jacket provides weather resistance, mechanical protection and long-term durability in outdoor environments. The outer jacket is formed using a spiral structure, providing good overall mechanical strength and structural stability.

The pipe ends are supplied with 150–250 mm exposed working pipe to facilitate on-site alignment and welding. Field insulation jointing can be completed using preformed insulation sections or site-applied insulation, while insulated fittings can be factory prefabricated for easier installation.
