The Hanjiang-Weihe Water Diversion Project in Shanxi Province won the "Nobel Prize" in the international engineering consulting industry - the FIDIC Outstanding Engineering Award.

In September 2024, FIDIC held the International Federation of Consulting Engineers in Geneva. China's Shaanxi Hanjiang to Weihe Water Diversion Project won the FIDIC2024 Highly Commended - Project of the Year (Large Project) Award. This project has been approved for construction for 10 years.
