Product Description:
Glass Fiber Reinforced Thermoplastic Pipe (RTP) combines a corrosion-resistant thermoplastic liner with a high-strength glass fiber reinforcement layer and protective outer layer. The reinforced structure provides enhanced pressure performance while maintaining the lightweight, flexibility and corrosion resistance of thermoplastic piping.
Designed for high-pressure fluid transportation, the pipe is suitable for oil & gas, water injection, industrial water, mining and other demanding pipeline applications.

Key Advantages
High-Pressure Performance
Glass fiber reinforcement enhances the pressure-bearing capability of the thermoplastic pipe.
Lightweight Construction
Significantly lighter than conventional steel piping, supporting easier transportation, handling and installation.
Excellent Corrosion Resistance
The thermoplastic liner provides strong resistance to corrosion and many aggressive fluids.
Flexible & Spoolable
Flexible construction enables long continuous lengths and efficient reel-based transportation and installation for suitable designs.
Rapid Installation
Long pipe lengths and reduced joints can help shorten installation time and simplify field construction.
Smooth Inner Surface
Provides efficient fluid conveyance with reduced scaling and friction potential.
Material-Efficient Design
The reinforcement layer carries a significant portion of the pressure load, reducing the amount of thermoplastic material required compared with an equivalent solid-wall high-pressure pipe.
Hydrogen Application Potential
Glass fiber reinforced RTP structures have been investigated for hydrogen transportation, with material and reinforcement design tailored to pressure, temperature and hydrogen permeation requirements.
Marine & Offshore Capability
The lightweight, corrosion-resistant and flexible structure is suitable for selected marine and offshore pipeline applications, subject to project-specific qualification.
