Product Description:
High-Rigidity Steel Wire Reinforced PE Composite Pipe features a specially engineered reinforced composite structure designed to improve dimensional stability, rigidity and above-ground installation performance.
Its linear thermal expansion coefficient is approximately 1/6 that of conventional PE pipe and approximately 1/3 that of standard SRTP, significantly reducing thermal deformation of exposed pipeline systems. The enhanced ring stiffness also helps reduce deformation during transportation and installation and improves resistance to pipe collapse under negative pressure.
With its combination of low thermal expansion, high rigidity, lightweight construction and outdoor weather resistance, the pipe is particularly suitable for above-ground pipelines, elevated pipe corridors, complex terrain and projects where pipeline appearance and structural stability are important.

Performance Test
6 m Span · Full-Water Loading · Over One Month of Summer Outdoor Exposure
A full-water-load vertical deformation test was conducted on the newly designed composite pipe structure. The pipe was installed with a 6 m unsupported span and exposed to summer outdoor conditions for more than one month.
Pipe Condition: Fully water-filled
Unsupported Span: 6 m
Outdoor Exposure: More than 1 month during summer
Deflection with Full Water Load: Only 7 cm at the center of the span
Deflection with an Additional 78 kg Load: Only 11 cm at the center
Comparison: Traditional pipe showed approximately 60 cm downward deformation after only one day under comparable placement conditions.
Test results demonstrate the enhanced vertical load-bearing and deformation resistance of High-Rigidity Steel Wire Reinforced PE Composite Pipe.
